hi,

u can use udpsrc element in your receiver. udpsink element in your
transmitter should have its propety-"host" set to your android device's ip
address. also most probably u r receiving disturbance is because u may not
have set the caps of the udpsrc element in your reciever to the same as the
caps generated by udpsink while the transmitter pipeline was prerolling. it
would be more helpful if u could post your tx and rx pipelines.
