I don't think anyone decided to take this task (yet?), though a new
gstreamer-sharp should be based on GObject introspection (e.g.
gobject-sharp), reducing the required work in gstreamer-sharp to stuff
that simply can't work through GObject Introspection (e.g. buffer
mapping, certain special structures, etc.).
