When I use the Gst-RTSP-Server(ver 0.10.8) but client can re-connect after first disconnect

Hi All,

I use the appsrc with rtsp server to provide camera streaming. But I face a
spooky issue that client(vlc) can success connect once, when client
disconnect and want to re-connect then client can't success.

Does anyone face this problem and how to resolve?
