When I use the Gst-RTSP-Server(ver 0.10.8) but client can re-connect after first disconnect

Enable logging of the SDP transfers - export GST_DEBUG=rtspclient:5  Look
at the messages exchanged. If it isn't obvious, re-post. 0.10.7 works for
me.
