Gstreamer Pipeline using External clock

Hi, 

    Sorry for the late reply.
    We don't want to use GstNetTimeProvider , basically we don't want to use
Network Time protocol.
    We want to use PTP as the base clock for Gstreamer as it is more
accurate..

    Reframing my question..
 
     How do I make the Gstreamer to use PTP as its base clock..?
     any example for deriving a clock from Gstclock.?
     Any pointers will be really helpfull.
