Changing the framerate on an rtspsrc - on a live pipeline.

Hi,

I'm trying to change the frame-rate on an Axis camera on a live pipeline.
I've tried using the camera's http interface to do this but this doesn't
work. The camera continues to stream at the original rate until I make a
setup & play request.

Is there any way to do this in the rtspsrc element in such a way that
minimises frame loss ??
