Custom Gstreamer 1.0.4 element build from Visual Studio 2008 crashes at runtime

Hi,
I am building a custom GStreamer element in Visual Studio, built from
cerbero with Gstreamer source 1.0.4. I am able to compile the element fine
but during runtime I am getting crash in GST_DEBUG_CATEGORY_INIT and it
crashes exactly while calling _gst_debug_category_new in plugin_init(...).

For your information,
I am using the GStreamer 1.0.4 binaries created from MINGW cerbero build
system and using the 1.0.4 binaries linking with Visual studio 2008, I 
created my own source element.
