Custom Gstreamer 1.0.4 element build from Visual Studio 2008 crashes at runtime

I build GStreamer 1.0.5 from
http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/wiki/BuildGStreamerWithMinGWAndMsys which
is working with Visual Studio 2008, also everything is fine when I create a
element from visual studio with these binaries.
