Hardware decoding on android using GStreamer

Hi,

I had thought of using gst-inspect or the command line launch of the
pipeline you have given, but I am using the GStreamerSDK for development on
Android, which does not come with a package like gstreamer-tools or
something similar.

Also, I don't know how to use a gst-inspect like command in Android for
gstreamer.

I appreciate everyone's response and help too.
