Well, if there's a regression, and you can give instructions how to
reproduce it, that's already useful information and should be filed in
bugzilla anyway. A test case would be even better of course, but if it's
clear how to write one, that's not so important.

There are some known issues with playbin in 1.1.1 - it sounds like your
problem is a variant of that:

We're working on getting this fixed. (Note that 1.1.x is an unstable
development release where such issues are not entirely unexpected, 1.0.x
and 1.2.x and 1.4.x are stable branches/versions).
