Writting to a file with filesink

Hey Guys,

I have a client / server application, and on the client side, after the
stream is received through the rtpbin I am unable to write to an mpeg file. 
Before the server sends the stream I am able to write the file.  I read
about possibly needing to use an EOS signal.  I am using Python 3, PyGI, and
GTK3.  The file is actually written, but when played back with the Ubuntu
player it has no valid frames.

Any help is much appreciated!
