Eos raised when seek on mpeg1 files

I am using gst-plugins-bad version 0.10.21.

I am trying to play a mpeg1 video file with mpeg1 audio in mpeg container.
The file had pts/dts combination that is wrongly programmed. pts is smaller
than dts

Pipeline is built and playback is OK gstpsdemux and gstvideoparse are used.
However, when I try to seek the file, eos event is raised.

Is there an higher version of gst-plugins-bad availabel where this issues
is resolved?
