I have a mistake :) i do not invoke the initialization function of java layer so that it reports this
runtime error :(

I have fixed it, yes, you are right, it is existed in the app plugin,  
i use the predefined variable "$(GSTREAMER_PLUGINS_CORE)" directly also, thanks for your reply.
