Building SDK under Windows: process hangs during translations

Hi, I am trying to build the SDK under Windows with cerbero.
I have successfully installed the toolchain and run this command:

/cerbero package gstreamer-sdk/

The process executes for some time and then seems to hang after this text in
the console:

/msgmerge --no-location --update --backup=off es.po gstreamer-0.10.pot
...................................... done.
rm -f es.gmo && /usr/home/admin/cerbero/build-tools/bin/msgfmt -c
--statistics -
o es.gmo es.po
347 translated messages, 1 fuzzy translation.
msgmerge --no-location --update --backup=off el.po gstreamer-0.10.pot
...................................... done./

The msgmerge.exe process eats 25% CPU and the build does not continue for
hours

I have tried to cancel the process and to rerun the build, but it always
seem to stop on one of the translations.

Is there an option to skip translations and complete the build?
