Hi,

I have run into the same issue recently but I haven't found the root of the
error. The workaround for now is to delete
/usr/home/admin/cerbero/build-tools/bin/msmerge.exe and call "cerbero
buildone recipename" in the recipe that is blocked
so that configure is run again and it picks the default msmerge instead of
the one built in the bootstrap.
