1080i live input transcode issue

Hi Nicolas,

Thank you for you quick reply. I tried the same pipeline with 360p resizing.
I found the same issue. I tried adding queue and set the queue size to
200MB!!!, still I found the same issue. What do you say for this?? Let me
try with zero latency, I will post the results here.
