1080i live input transcode issue

Try removing the videobox element from your pipeline. It has had bugs in
the past that caused image corruption of the type you mention. As far as I
know the latest version in 1.0.7 has those bugs fixed, but you haven't
mentioned what exact version of 1.0 you are using.
