i686-w64-mingw32-g++ failing in Cerbero

Thanks for the suggestion.  I think I can do a Win 7 VM.  Just have to pry a
legit copy out of IT's hands.  Never thought of that approach -- all those
trees hiding the forest, y'know.

Have you been able to compile the elements that are not in the
OSSbuilds/cerbero SDK?  Specifically, I need rtmpsrc.
