How to set x and y position for fbdevsink?

Hi All,
         I am trying to build a media player application on the
beagleboard-Xm using gstreamer. I dont want to use X-server. I am using
embedded qt for front end. Can you please suggest me how to set the x and y
position in the fbdevsink?
