How to receive video stream ogg thedora to v4l2loopback from icecast2 server?

I was unable to find any information how to receive a video streaming from an
Icecast2 server in ogg thedora and pass as a virtual device (/dev/video1)
using v4l2loopback to another program for manipulating the video.

Any suggestions how i could do this?
