Decoding a buffer on windows

I am trying to decode a buffer using gstreamer.
I am using appsrc to push the buffer and I am following following link.

Now my problem is that I am working on windows using visual studio where
xvimagesink will not work.
Also ,  The code in the above link takes a filename as first command line
arguement but my intension is to inject the buffer to pipeline.

I am just a naive user.
Your help will be highly appreciated
