GStreamer Multicast on Android

Finally, I found where the problem is

These time I tried several Android devices, include :

1. Asus TF200T, TF300T
2. Wanxin TA-10C
3. HTC Butterfly
4. MIUI MI 1S

I can run my program on MIUI MI-1S as I expected.
Now I can almost sure that root cause is Wi-Fi driver. (wpa_supplicant)

Although it is big headache, but I think there is nothing I can do about
devices which blocked multicast.

Well.. at least I still can keep developing my program on MIUI MI 1S.
