Gstreamer plugin

I read the section for autoplugging in the guider but I don't know yet how I
can make my plugin auto detected by decodebin2 .I want to specify its type
media to h264 format.
I change the rank and add the gst_type_find_register function but when I
execute the gst-inspect to my plugin i have this message: 
> plugin: a typefind function
Can you indicate me the process to do to make my plugin auto detected its
type such as oggdemux ?
