GStreamer 0.10 no longer maintained

the fixes I need are in gstreamer-sdk git already (the most important 
ones are mulawdec crash and rtspsrc deadlock), another important fix not 
included in gstreamer-sdk and in 0.10 git is this one:

but probably to fix this deadlock in an acceptable way some discussion 
is needed between gstreamer developers (until this is included I need to 
compile gstreamer sdk for windows and android with that patch anyway), 
should I open a bug for gstreamer-sdk referencing the upstream one?
