OSSbuild-type Gstreamer 1.0 on Windows

Once I have done a local build, it there a reasonable way to determine what
parts of it I'd need to bundle and copy to the dozens of other machines
where I want to use Gstreamer? I guess such an answer would tell me what to
put in a zip that'd look a lot like a distributable binary!
