Cerbero on XP

Hi Wes,

It looks like a typo in the check for the windows version, can you replace
'xp' with 'XP in the following line:
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/gstreamer-sdk/cerbero/tree/cerbero/utils/__init__.py#n185
