Cerbero on XP

I also note that  I hadn't installed Windows Driver Kit 7.1.0.  Downloading
it now.  Then I have to find a blank dvd.  We don't seem to keep those
around.

Will this fix the can't build for XP problem

Also, there is no uninstall in the setup.py for setuptools.
