Text Chat

The Wowza Media Server has an example of a live text chat stream.  The
inbound data is expected to be udp: and the outbound stream is rtmp:. 
Beyond that I have little information except that it works between flash
player plugins in the browser.

Does anyone know the caps of both streams and if gstreamer elements exist
that can support them?  I  know of no text as text elements (textrender is
text to graphic).
