iOS: avfvideosrc(nv12) -> vp8enc(I420) failure

Hi all,
I need (again) your help, I’m not able to create a pipeline to send via rtp a vp8 encoded video.

I created this pipeline, the only one I don’t receive an error from vp8enc 
avfvideosrc ! video/x-raw,format=NV12,width=480,height=360,framerate=30/1  ! videoconvert ! vp8enc ! rtpvp8pay ! udpsink host=127.0.0.1 port=5011

But it doesn’t work the video I receive is pixelated…

Someone can help me, or just give me some hints?
