gstreamer plug-in required

As a previous poster said already, it's best to take this up with your
distro's support forums, they can advise better what to install exactly
and where to find it etc.

For us to help, we'd need to know a few more things, such as:

 - what program did you download?

 - what radio/audio stream were you trying to listen
   to that caused this message?

 - what is your operating system/distro (and what version)?
   Linux, Windows, OS/X, Android, iOS? etc.
