tsparse: Support of parsing DVB specific tables

Hi,

I recently started to port gnome-dvb-daemon to gstreamer 1.0. To my
surprise I had to find out that mpgetsparse from gstreamer 0.10 is no
longer available and apparently tsparse is supposed to replace it.
However, tsparse's support of DVB-specific tables (NIT, EIT, …) is
basically non-existent. This is a huge regression if tsparse is supposed
to replace mpgetsparse, which parsed these tables correctly, in my
opinion. As a result I am unable to use gstreamer 1.0 in its current state.

Is there are particular reason why DVB-support was dropped in gst 1.0
and are there plans to move the missing parts from gst 0.10 to 1.0?
