[Cerbero] : Win32 => boostrap breaks down due to failures by 'glib-tools' configure

For the sake of topic's coherency, I have opened this new subject :

I keep cleaning cerbero (main folder), cloning cgit... repo, entering
'cerbero boostrap' cmd. Recap:

>  rm -rf cerbero; mkdir cerbero 
>  git config --system core.autocrlf false 
>  git clone http://cgit.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/sdk/cerbero
>  ../cerbero/cerbero-uninstalled bootstrap 

Waiting for a while its progress... 
=> but always running over the same "poor" damaging outcome at the end:  

/
configure: error: Can not build both shared and static at the same time on
Windows. 
***** Error running 'bootstrap' command: 
Recipe 'glib-tools' failed at the build step 'configure'/
