Can not post a message to bus of pipeline

Hi Aaron,

You need to add the code for posting the custom message in the part of the
code of h264parse element which gets called after pipeline goes to playing
state.
There is nothing wrong with the message posting.

Ex. For Filesrc ,   If you add custom message in gst_file_src_set_location
you will not receive the posted message.
you can add in gst_file_src_create_read to get the posted message.
