flvmux is not working for AAC SBR profile

Hi, 
	I trying to mux AAC HEv1 and HEv2 using flvmux element. VLC doesn't play
audio content from generated flv. Below given is the pipeline to generate
flv file. Same pipeline works for AAC LC profile. Does flvmux supports HEv1
and HEv2 muxing?

	gst-launch-1.0 filesrc location=inputfile.mp4 ! decodebin ! audioconvert !
audioresample ! audio/x-raw,rate=16000 ! volume ! audioenc  profile=SBR
bitrate=10 ! flvmux  ! filesink location=out.flv
