audioresample quality

Hi,

Does anyone has any experience in using audioresample element to get the
best quality(speed ignored) while downsampling? There is a property named
quality which can be set to 10 for best quality. Is the inbuilt filter of
audiresample good enough to knockoff high frequency components to avoid
aliasing or we need audiofirfilter or audioiirfilter as antialiasing filter? 

Any data point will really help :)
