rtsp server from android to pc

Thanks for the help. I'm now becoming much more familiar with gstreamer.
So, here is how I did it for those who are interested:

In cerbero/recipe, there exist a gst-rtsp-server.recipe file. To
cross-compile to android, just execute the command on the terminal:
$ cerbero -c config/cross-android.cbc buildone gst-rtsp-server

This will build rtsp-server for android.
