AAC parsing in gstreamer 1.0.10

Hi,

Thanks for that. I'd noticed the lack of "loas" in the sink capabilities of
avdec_aac just a moment or two before I saw your message. Changing it to
pipe to avdec_aac_latm solves that problem.
