We're tied to 0.10 version until some plugins are updated to 1.x from the chip makers...
But I've found that the v4l2sink was not generated because is needed to set
--enable-experimental in configure when I try to generate the library from scratch.

GStreamer 0.10 is no longer maintained since almost two years. Can you
reproduce this problem with GStreamer 1.x too?
Also some more details about your environment, the OS, the hardware
platform, etc. would be useful to know.
