Use of "uridecodebin" with appsrc element

Hi all,
       We can use the "playbin" together with appsrc.So in the same way can
we use the "uridecodebin" with appsrc.I have succeeded to some extent in
using "uridecodebin" + "appsrc".But once i push the frame data through the
appsrc the "uridecodebin" element does not create dynamic source pads and
pass the data further through pipeline.Please suggest me some ways.
