SSRC control in rtpbin

I'm back again.

rtpbin splits the stream in the differents ssrc and creates a new pad for
each ssrc. I want control this stream (play/stop one ssrc, change between
two ssrc). What is the best way? 

I try use a inputs-selector or is better create a sink for each ssrc
