ffdec_h264 on android, decode hd, full hd video

Hello, I decoded video that streamed from rpi (1280x720n 1920x1080), using
udpsink, to android phone, but ffdec_h264 on Android couldn't decode this
video resolution, the video quality is too bad. (lower resolution is ok
[800x600, 640x480,... ]).

I used decodebin element to automatically find decoder but the result was
still ffdec_h264.
I don't know if there are any hardware-decoder on android phone.
