TS Seeking with gstreamer1.4 distribution and gst-play application

I have noticed that seeking in gst-play sometimes doesn't work where
seeking works just fine in Totem or
gst-plugins-base/tests/examples/playback/. I suspect it's a bug in
gst-play, so it would be great if you could file a bug for it in
bugzilla: http://bugzilla.gnome.org
