TS Seeking with gstreamer1.4 distribution and gst-play application

Hi,

I observed that while playing any TS container file, if applying seek
from gst-play application (available inside tools), it fails. The
reason identified is due to returned duration in duration query is -1.
Whereas for other containers it returns with the file duration.

Experimented on native ubuntu14.04 LTS. On same platform the seek
issue is not observed with totem application.

Has this issue been already observed ?
