yes, httpsrc is needed :

gst-launch-1.0 playbin uri=http://hd2.lagrosseradio.info:8200

Élément manquant : HTTP protocol source
ERREUR : de l'élément /GstURIDecodeBin:uridecodebin0 : No URI handler
implemented for "http".

but with old version, the pipeline worked
