Nothing has been removed. There was never an http handler in decodebin,
it is in another module, either souphttpsrc from gst-plugins-good or
neonhttpsrc from gst-plugins-bad. You probably forgot to install one of
these?

Are you using ready-made packages or did you compile GStreamer yourself?
