Missing plugins

Thank you for you answer.

But I do not understand, how use plugins. If I download plugins from this
page http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/data/src/gst-plugins-good/ can I use
them in android application or should I use some special version? And how
should I modify .c-files and Android.mk file to use plugins? What should I
add there? Can you give me some links with instructions or examples?
