Gstreamer C# bindings documentation

Hello, I am having trouble creating a Visual Studio Express 2013 project
using the Gstreamer C# bindings. There does not seem to be any documentation
on how to go about creating a project using the source files. Can anyone
point me in the right direction? 

I have attempted to build a project using the source files in VS2013 and I
get the error

Missing AssemblyInfo.cs
