On Windows I don't know exactly, on linux it's
$HOME/.cache/gstreamer-1.0/registry*. Hopefully that will help finding
it. You can always relocate it setting GST_REGISTRY environment. You can
also try and work around with --gst-disable-registry-fork command line
option.
