Streaming Mp4 file using Gstreamer

Thanks for reply TimMuller.

Streaming the video directly from local directory in command line,its
working fine.But what is the case when my stream goes like this:

    Local Directory(video.mp4)--->Get the video from src(In server set
streaming parameters,say bitrate,clocking)---->Capturing the stream in
client end.
