Thanks Sebastian.I solved it finally,with a piece of information from your
reply.Actually i misspelled the Plugin name-GSTREAMER_PLUGINS_EFFECT instead
of GSTREAMER_PLUGINS_EFFECTS.Any how at last i solved the riddle which last
me for past 3 days.
